gluten-free chocolate cupcakes
i tried this recipe for flourless cupcakes, and i’m still in the trial stages…
on the recipe/reviews I used plain cooking chocolate, which i feel was the problem. the texture was good - really light and fluffy and airy - but it had the seriously bitter taste of plain chocolate, which i’m not a fan of. so i think the thing to do with the next batch is play around with different...
